Wiktoria Jurkiewicz is an accomplished musician, and recent graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice and Oboe. Her passion for music began at Victoria School of the Arts, where she was actively involved in numerous musical activities.
Wiktoria’s love for teaching began early, through mentoring peers in band and choir settings. She has since expanded her experience to include private music instruction for students of all ages and levels, developing a patient, open-minded, and caring approach. Drawing from her diverse background in classical music, opera, pop, jazz, and musical theatre, she focuses on building a strong foundation while helping students feel confident in themselves. A musician of distinction, she has skills in music theory, aural skills, audio production techniques, and has received scholarships for her songwriting. Wiktoria sees teaching as both a responsibility and an art, and believes that the right mentor can help each student find their own voice and reach their full potential.
Her rate is $30 per half hour.
